Mr. Ford has been an Executive in the field of Real Estate for the past 25 years starting In commercial and residential leasing and sales. A certified property manager in the industry Mr Ford enjoys a professional relationship with various Government agencies: HUD, HPD and DHCR. His educational background includes Fordham UniverSity, New York University School of Professional Studies, Quadel Consulting Corp. and NYARM and IRAM.



Mr. Allen has been involve in the field of Real Estate, Management and Public Relations for the past 15 years. He has overseen the daily operations of multiple properties, and developmental projects. He has also proven to be an intricate factor in the sale of several commercial and residential properties.
Rey Allen is the Executive Director/ Producer of Theatre International, Inc. Mr. Allen have served as Vice President on the Board of Directors for New Covenant Community Development Corporation for four years. He presently serves as Vice President of Anguilla Progressive Association of New York (APANY) for the past 12 years. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Harriet Tubman Charter School for the past 6 years. Bronx Community Board #3 for the last 7 years. He also serves as Chairman for the Board of Directors of Morrisania Revitalization Corporation.



Ms. Stafford boasts over 20 years participation in the real estate industry. Beginning as a property owner and manager in 1974, she has had extensive experience in a wide range of real estate consulting services including brokerage, investing, commercial leasing, sales development appraisal and writing.

Ms. Stafford is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been employed in this capacity by South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SOBRO). She has served as a court appointed HPD 7A Administrator, and many private owners over
the years.

Yvonne Stafford was featured in Who’s Who in Black New York in 2009, the “Uncrowned Queen” organization in 2004 and was recognized in 2000 by the Network Journal as one of the top 25 African American Women in Business in the tri-state area. She has a unique and varied background, which enhances her sensitivity to individual, organizational and community needs.

Yvonne Stafford graduated New York University (NYU) with a Masters Degree in Communications. She has studied real estate at NYU Real Estate Institute and has taught real estate at Brooklyn College and City College New York. Before founding Stafford International she worked with some of the leading NYC Brokerage Office as an Associate Broker.

Ms. Stafford is a member and past officer and board member of the Harlem Business Alliance, having served 13 years. She is a former Board of the BRISC of the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone as well as a former vice chair of the New York Urban League Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce.
